First of all thanks for looking at our site.  We are Darrell T. Smith AKA "Smitty", Gentil Smith, Alex Smith & Sarah Bennett.  Smitty & Gentil have been in the real estate business since 1977.  They are both natives to the area and after raising two boys know the values of schools and the affect they have on real property.  Smitty has a lot of experience with income property both residential and commercial and is the expert on 1031 exchanges.  Gentil is the dynamo Realtor for home buyers and sellers.  Alex & Sarah manage the office and head our property management division.
